JACKSONVILLE, Fla. (SCPDA)--The Lady Blue Devils have started their lacrosse season on a good note; by defeating rival, Paxon, 22-5 on Tuesday, Feb. 21.
The two remaining games for the month of February are tonight, Thursday, Feb. 23 at Atlantic Coast High School and Monday, Feb. 27 at home, against F.W. Buchholz High School. Both are at 6:00 PM.
The rest of the season includes 6 games in March, 2012 and 5 in April, 2012.
In March, the girls will play at Episcopal, at home against Mandarin, at Duncan U. Fletcher, and then, at rival Paxon. They will also play at home, versus Atlantic Coast and Gainesville High School.
In April, the team will take on Pedro Menendez High School at home. Then, away at Sandalwood, followed by Mandarin. Lastly, they will play a home game at Duncan U. Fletcher High School.
By the end of the season, if the team qualifies, on Tuesday, April 17, the Lady Blue Devils will be competing in the District Championships for the District title.
